Terms and Conditions – 11phwin Platform Rules & Member Agreement

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 11phwin in connection with your use of the platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, promotions, payment transactions, and customer support interactions. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of the overall agreement.

• 11phwin is an online betting and gaming platform serving Filipino members. The platform provides sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, and other gaming products under applicable Philippine gaming authorisations.
• Access to 11phwin is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Partial acceptance is not permitted.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English version prevails.
• 11phwin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

To access betting and gaming services on 11phwin, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and must be observed at all times during your membership.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account at 11phwin. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• One Account Per Member: Each individual person may hold only one active 11phwin account. Creating multiple accounts — through any combination of personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if your details change. 11phwin is not responsible for delays or issues arising from inaccurate member information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 11phwin will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Do not share your 11phwin login with anyone.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 11phwin may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or when required by our compliance obligations. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Philippine ID, PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or other verification documents as specified. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account restrictions.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 11phwin support. Before processing closure, any outstanding bets will be settled and remaining withdrawable balances returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable funds may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11phwin supports all major Philippine payment methods. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling.

• The minimum deposit amount at 11phwin is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact 11phwin support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• Withdrawals at 11phwin are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered methods, or accounts held in a different name from the verified 11phwin account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• 11phwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by our anti-money laundering obligations. This may temporarily delay processing while checks are completed.
• All funds deposited to 11phwin must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 11phwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 11phwin's control and are the member's responsibility.

The following rules apply to all sports bets and wagers placed on 11phwin. They are designed to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all members and to reflect industry-standard practices for online sports betting in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until 11phwin displays a bet confirmation reference on your screen. In cases of connection failure or system error during bet placement, no bet is assumed to have been accepted unless a confirmation number was displayed and is visible in your bet history.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by sport, league, market type, and event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 11phwin reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time, including after the event starts, at our discretion.
• Odds at Time of Placement: Your accepted bet is settled at the odds shown at the time of bet confirmation — not the odds displayed at the time of the event's outcome. If in-play odds shift between your tap and the server confirmation, you will be shown revised odds before the bet is finalised.
• Settlement Timeline: Most bets at 11phwin are settled automatically within minutes of the official final result. Complex bets, special markets, and bets affected by disputes may require additional time. 11phwin aims to settle all bets within 24 hours of event completion.
• Asian Handicap Settlements: Asian Handicap bets are settled in accordance with standard Southeast Asian sportsbook conventions. Quarter-ball handicaps result in split stakes between two adjacent half-ball lines. Detailed Asian Handicap rules are available in the 11phwin FAQ section.
• Accumulators: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return a profit. If any selection is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles based on the remaining selections. A single-selection "accumulator" becomes a single bet.

While 11phwin strives to maintain accurate markets and reliable settlement at all times, certain circumstances may require bets to be voided. All voided bets return the original stake in full to the member's wallet — no winnings are generated or lost on voided bets.

• Obvious Pricing Errors: If a market is offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error — for example, a strong favourite listed at 50.00 rather than 1.50 — 11phwin reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market. Our traders review disputed markets promptly and communicate outcomes transparently.
• Event Cancellation or Abandonment: If a sporting event is cancelled before starting, all bets are voided. If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement depends on the sport-specific rules: for football, 90 minutes must be completed for bets to stand unless 11phwin's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Match Irregularities: Bets on events later found to be affected by match-fixing, corruption, or significant irregularities may be voided at 11phwin's discretion, in accordance with regulatory guidance and industry best practices.
• Force Majeure: Events outside 11phwin's reasonable control — including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or significant technical infrastructure failures — that prevent accurate bet settlement may result in voiding of affected bets.

11phwin regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts, and other incentives to its members. All promotional offers are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• Promotional bonuses issued by 11phwin are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and validity periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses across separate accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in suspension.
• 11phwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bets already accepted under a promotion's terms will be honoured to the extent of any confirmed bet slip at the time of modification.
• 11phwin may exclude specific markets, events, sports, or bet types from promotion eligibility at any time. Excluded categories will be identified in the individual promotion terms or communicated via in-platform notification.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, collusion, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Any promotional benefit has no cash value until all applicable wagering and eligibility requirements have been fully satisfied. 11phwin's decisions regarding promotion eligibility and settlement are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11phwin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 11phwin account simultaneously or in succession after prior closure for violations.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using or exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software glitches, or pricing errors on the 11phwin platform to generate artificial or undeserved profit.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of collusion with other bettors or with participants in an event on which a bet has been placed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets on 11phwin without the express written consent of the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using 11phwin as a mechanism for money laundering or any form of financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11phwin staff, customer support agents, or other members through any communication channel.

11phwin takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide tools and resources to help every member maintain healthy gambling habits. These tools are available directly from your account settings at all times — no need to contact support to activate them.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 11phwin accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss limits over defined time periods. Once reached, no further bets or wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Members can set session duration reminders that will alert them when they have been active on 11phwin for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 90 days. During cool-off, login is disabled but existing settled winning funds remain accessible after the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion from 11phwin. Self-exclusion closes the account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. We take self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and process them the same day they are received.

All content on the 11phwin platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 11phwin or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any 11phwin content without express written permission from 11phwin.
• The 11phwin brand name and logo may not be used in any commercial or promotional context by third parties without a specific written licensing agreement.
• Unauthorised screen-scraping, data extraction, or programmatic access to 11phwin's odds data, user data, or platform infrastructure is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10175) in the Philippines.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 11phwin's total liability to any individual member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

• 11phwin is not liable for any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party infrastructure outages that prevent access to the platform or interrupt bet placement.
• 11phwin is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of expected profits or opportunity costs, howsoever arising.
• 11phwin does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to notify members of planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.
• The information on the 11phwin platform — including statistics, results data, and editorial content — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. 11phwin does not guarantee its accuracy and shall not be liable for decisions made on the basis of that information.

11phwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. This right is exercised responsibly — we will always aim to notify members of significant changes before they take effect.

• Changes to these Terms will be announced via a notice on the 11phwin platform homepage and/or by email to registered member accounts where significant changes are involved.
• Your continued use of the 11phwin platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
• Historical versions of these Terms are available upon written request to 11phwin's support team for reference purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 11phwin shall first be addressed through our internal complaint and dispute resolution procedure before any external proceedings are initiated.

• To raise a formal complaint with 11phwin, contact our support team via live chat, Telegram, or Viber, providing your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through 11phwin's internal procedure within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or civil court of competent jurisdiction.
• 11phwin's decisions on matters relating to sports bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account conduct are final and binding, subject to the outcome of any formal regulatory or judicial review.
